ZEMNOTT - Training

ZEMNOTT has built training systems for medical education, sales force training, physiological assessments, and retail training. ZEMNOTT has used a number of technologies in its training solutions, including real-time web video simulcast, CD-ROM, and internet deployed systems. ZEMNOTT has also taken its expertise in the gaming industy and created a product called ZNTraining. ZNTraining is a training simulator to simulate real world interaction for teaching soft skills, such as sales force training, medical triage, or customer simulations.

ZNTraining

ZN Training is an e-learning simulation platform for soft skills training. The ZN platform provides course designers and content developers with a robust tool for simulating any training environment. Technical authoring expertise is not required.

ZNTraining

ZN platform allows designers and content developers the capabilities to:

Create virtual training worlds that learners need to navigate by moving around the world and interacting with objects and persons.
Immerse learners in a real-time simulation of real world situations.
Allow for non-linear flow, e.g. allow learners to make mistakes and work to get ‘back on track’.
User defined scoring and objective based scoring.
Create triggers based on choices, not just branches.
Simulate emotions, randomly changing data sets, wandering objects and people and hidden or secret ‘levels.
Unlock new content based on achieving an objective in a previous level of content.

The platform can incorporate audio, video and flash. Graphics are easily imported to recreate real life learning situations.

MedCentrus CME Medical Training

MedCentrus contacted ZEMNOTT when it needed to build an online delivery system with enabled e-commerce abilities for the delivery of streaming media based training (both live and archived) and enduring goods to healthcare professionals. In addition we were asked to incorporate the look, feel and functionality of the Juntunen Group web site project - an established, reliable image to the end user, other accreditation organizations, investors and the medical community. ZEMNOTT created a system to deliver training and allow customers to purchase training materials as well as an e-commerce system to allow real-time fulfillment of online and off line training materials. We also created an interface to an assessment system (allowing health care professionals to be assessed and then issued CME credits) and a video encoding system to allow MedCentrus to broadcast live television feeds over the Internet.
